Godiva Mint Chocolate Mille-Feuille

Ingredients

  • Ready-made puff pastry
  • 200 g Godiva mint chocolate
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out puff pastry and cut into rectangles. Bake until golden and puffed up.
  • In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until simmering. Remove from heat and add the Godiva mint chocolate, stirring until smooth.
  • Once the pastry has cooled, slice each piece horizontally. Fill with the mint chocolate mixture.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
