Godiva Espresso Tiramisu

Ingredients

  • 1 cup freshly brewed espresso
  • 1/4 cup Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
  • 250 g mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pack of ladyfingers
  • Cocoa powder and grated Godiva chocolate for garnish

Instructions

  • Combine espresso and Godiva Chocolate Liqueur in a bowl.
  • In another bowl, whip the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Dip each ladyfinger into the espresso mixture briefly and layer them in a serving dish.
  • Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  • Repeat layers until all ingredients are used up.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  • Before serving, dust with cocoa powder and grated Godiva chocolate.
