Godiva Chocolate & Cherry Panna Cotta

Ingredients

  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 100 g Godiva dark chocolate
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp gelatin dissolved in 3 tbsp water
  • 1 cup cherries pitted and halved

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, sugar, and Godiva dark chocolate. Heat gently until chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
  • Add the dissolved gelatin to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  • Pour into individual serving glasses, adding cherries in between layers.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
